Fire Suppression Systems
The experts at Space Air have the skills and experience to work on any fire sprinkler system, including:
PRE-ACTION SYSTEMS
Pre-action sprinkler systems protect your facility from the cost of accidental property and water damage in the event of a false alarm. The pipes of a pre-action system do not hold water until after the system has been triggered. After your facility’s fire detection system detects a potential fire, a pre-action valve releases to fill the pipes. With the pipes loaded, individual sprinkler heads can then release water where it’s needed.
DELUGE SYSTEMS
A deluge fire protection system uses unpressurized dry pipes with open sprinkler heads. The system is directly connected to a water supply, and when a fire is detected, a deluge valve opens to release water from all open sprinkler heads.
FIRE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
Space Air can also simplify maintenance and repairs for your fire protection systems.
WET SYSTEMS
Wet sprinkler systems are the most common today because they are cost effective and low maintenance. With a wet system, the pipes remain filled with water all the time, so sprinklers are continuously ready to discharge water as soon as their heat-sensitive sensor is triggered. While wet systems offer the quickest reaction time, they also increase the risk of an accidental discharge.

FOAM SYSTEMS
Foam sprinkler systems work by mixing water with a foam concentrate that’s more effective at suppressing fires than water alone. These systems can be helpful in environments where there’s an increased risk of gas or alcohol fires, or where you want fires to be extinguished as quickly as possible.
